As most of us have noticed many many people have visited this site/forum daily, but not so many have posted any comments in any of the threads. So for this new thread, i thought we could compile a list of all the many many people who have passed through camp over the 38 years of mnv's existence. All that's required is to write your name, years that you attended camp. You could also add if you wrote a specific song/alma mater, if you drew a banner or anything else you would like to add.
For example. Rabbi klein attended camp 1977-2014. Yea and we know everything that he did.

So for all you guests out there that continually look at the forum this is your opportunity to tell us when you attended and what you did in camp. Even if your were just a camper for 1 summer. Tell us when, what bunk who your counselor was etc....

I was go cart instructor
I was a counselor
I was a division head
I was kicked out one year
I was a loosing color was general
I was a winning color war general

Ma-Na-Vu 30-39 3 years as a camper 2 years Junior Counselor 4 years Counselor Been accused of planning for Color War and yearbook all-year-round (......not completely denying that...) May have gotten a 10 instead of an 11 on cleanup when the wet towels hidden in the back of the bunk were discovered...but they weren't my bunk's of course....they were...the co-bunk's....Sender, that means they were your's...  |

I was in camp MNV years 29-38 6 years as a Camper 1 1/2 as a JC 1 1/2 as a Counselor (the 1/2 and 1/2 JC and Counselor year was very hotly debated between the head staff and I but we've come to the conclusion that I was ACTUALLY A COUNSELOR 2nd half) I've done a lot, most notably I am 8-0 all time in MNV Color Wars I was on the winning team of the last 6 combined Color War and Olympic teams. Back to Back Fear Factor Champion Cleanest Bunk Year 37 Cheated my way successfully to wins in Birthday Day (thanks Chaim  ) and Rabbi Klein's Treasure Hunt Map thing (#thegrandkids) in year 37 I lead the Grand Sing for the Last Winning MNV Color War Team But my all time favorite was without a doubt Winning Senior Leagues in year 33 and getting a big FLUFFY stuffed animal from Rabbi Weber for sportsmanship #BIGwin |

wow!!! its been along time since someone has posted on the site. My to our mnv family out there is. Every day there are still numerous amount of guests that view this site. Please can all of our guests post their years that they attended mnv, what you did etc......Guys out there what do you have to lose its just a nice thing to see all the different people and what you did in camp. Why do you hesitate to post. Oh and please write your name when you post your info.

34: Jr staff
35-36: counselor
37-38: there in spirit (and for one awesome Olympics)!
39-present: virtually attached
I was a winning color war general, writer of three alma maters, and some other things, too, like third baseman, Shabbos learning Rebbe, actor, and actually once a member of the cantata choir. No idea how that last one happened. Creator and developer (together with Phil) of manavumemories.com.

Won Best Davener, helped phil write the best division day song ever ("jr. minyan with the rebs- good morgin everybody").
Lots of good memories in this place
